ZPSF September 2020 Trip Report – Johan Schultz
We settled into the Dust Bowl in record time at 00.30 and knuckled down for the night and attempt to get some sleep. The Mozzies were unbelievable. There is no sleep while sitting up straight and slapping yourself awake every five minutes. It was a relief seeing the sun come up and being able walk around and stretch our legs now and then while we waited. With the sun came the flies. One can understand the situation as some trucks are stuck there for up to two weeks.
